Welcome. 

We are pleased to know that you may be considering us for your Graphic Design 
project. Below are a few guidelines that we use to ensure that you get the very best in 
Graphic design, and that we aren't shafted out of monetary compensation. 


1) Contract 

Before the designs are started a contract will be issued to state that you have read 
over these guidelines and are totally aware of our rules of how we do things with our
projects. 

2) Payment

On the Basis of payment we are very strict. This is only because without payment for 
comissioned projects we cannot purchase new drawing utinsils or purchase things that 
may be needed to provide our designs with the maximum edge that we often strive for. 

Our payment for projects are as followed: Half down at the start and the other half to be 
collected upon completion of the project. 

Pricing information will be discussed in confrences and may be adjusted depending on 
the quality of the final product


3) Delivery of product

For local customers delivery options may be suggested upon request. For others who are 
out of state or across the globe, your finished product will be delivered by Fed EX 

Art Pieces will NOT be delivered via email, or through internet messenger services!! This is 
to make sure that you get your product and we get our payment , and everyone is happy. :) 

Deliveries will also require a 2 dollar charge for "signature request" , so we know that the 
package has gotten to it's destination. 


4) Game concepts

All Game concepts are copyrighted and are the exclusive property of Blaquefeather Media 
unless the rights are purchased to use such characters.


5) Refunds

In the event that we cannot complete a project we will refund the money .to the point of 
origin or to the person who made the commission. 

We will not provide refunds for "change of mind" in the middle of the project, As we to have 
suffered long and hard to create the end product for you.
